These terms explain how you can use TeslaSkins and what happens when you download a wrap or buy wraps and credits. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are
TeslaSkins is run by Nimzo Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17453506). Our registered office is Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nimzo Holdings Ltd, and “you” means the person using the site.
By creating an account, downloading a free wrap, or buying a wrap or credits, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Buying a wrap or credits means you want instant access to them and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once they are supplied (see Cancellations and refunds).
2. Not affiliated with Tesla
TeslaSkins is independent. We are not made, endorsed or supported by Tesla, Inc. “Tesla”, “Model 3”, “Model Y” and related names are Tesla’s trademarks, and we use them only to describe which vehicles a wrap is made for.
The wrap feature belongs to Tesla. Tesla decides which cars, app versions and software versions support it, and can change or remove it at any time. We can’t control or guarantee how Tesla’s software shows a wrap.
3. Your account
You need an account to buy or collect wraps. Please give us a real email address and keep your password private.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to buy anything.
You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
4. What a wrap is
A wrap is a digital PNG image that changes how your car looks on the screens in your Tesla and in the Tesla app. It is not physical vinyl and does not change the real paint on your car.
Each wrap is made for a specific model and year. Please choose your exact model before you buy. Wraps made for one model may not line up on another.
Previews on our site are a close guide, but colours, lighting and fit can look slightly different in Tesla’s Paint Shop.
To use a wrap you need a compatible Tesla, an up-to-date Tesla app and car software that supports custom wraps.
5. Free wraps and credits
Your first free wrap is free. Each person can download one wrap marked Free without paying. That allowance is for one person, linked to one email address.
After that, each free wrap costs 1 credit. Credits only work on wraps marked Free. Paid wraps and designs you make in the editor are bought by card at the price shown.
Credits are sold in packs. The number of credits and the price are shown before you pay.
Your credits are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Using a credit unlocks that wrap on your account.
Any wrap you have already downloaded or unlocked is free to download again, as often as you like, while your account is open.
Credits never expire. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and can’t be transferred, sold or moved to another account.
If we ever stop offering wraps on TeslaSkins, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before, so you can use your credits, and we’ll refund any credits you bought and haven’t used.
6. Prices and payment
Our prices are set in pounds sterling (£) and are the total you pay. They include any VAT or sales tax we have to charge where you live, so there are no extra fees from us. Your Stripe receipt shows any tax included.
Outside the UK, the site may show an approximate price in your local currency. This is an estimate only. Where it’s available, Stripe shows you the exact amount in your currency before you pay, using its own exchange rate, and that is the amount you are charged.
We use your billing address and your location when you pay to work out any tax.
If you pay in pounds with a card in a different currency, your bank converts the price and may charge a fee for this.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Your purchase is confirmed, and our contract with you starts, when Stripe confirms your payment. Your bank statement will show TESLASKINS.
If we make an obvious mistake with a price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have paid.
We can change prices at any time, but this won’t affect anything you have already bought.
7. Getting your wrap
Once your payment is confirmed, your wrap appears in your account under Purchased and you can download it straight away. Credits appear in your balance next to My account straight away. You can download it again whenever you like while your account is open and we are still running the site. We recommend keeping your own copy of the file.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Your 14-day right to cancel
For online purchases you usually have 14 days to change your mind. Wraps and credits are digital and you get them immediately, so when you tick “I agree to the terms and conditions” at checkout, you are asking for instant access to your wrap or credits and agreeing that you lose your right to cancel once the download or credits are available to you. Digital downloads and credits can’t be returned. If you don’t agree, you can’t complete the purchase.
If something is wrong with your wrap
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. A wrap must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn’t — for example, the file won’t open, it isn’t the design shown in the listing, or it doesn’t line up on the model it was sold for — contact us within a reasonable time. We will fix or replace it, and if we can’t, we’ll refund you.
When we don’t give refunds
We don’t give refunds if you change your mind after the wrap is supplied, if you chose a model that isn’t your car, or if Tesla changes or removes the wrap feature after you buy.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Once a purchase is refunded, it is removed from your account. If a credit pack is refunded, we remove the credits from it that you haven’t used. Wraps you have already unlocked stay in your account.
9. How you can use wraps
When you buy or collect a wrap, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your own Tesla vehicles and to share pictures or videos of your car wearing it.
You must not:
sell, give away, share or upload the wrap files for others to download;
offer the wraps on any other website, marketplace or app;
claim the designs as your own, or use them for commercial purposes, without our written permission.
We, or the people who license designs to us, keep all rights in the wraps and the site.
10. Designs you create or upload
If you create a design with our editor or upload images to it, you keep the rights you have in your design. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, and that it doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights.
You allow us to store, process and show your design so we can provide the editor, previews and checkout to you. We may remove any design that we believe breaks these terms.
Your design and anything you upload are saved to our servers as you work, even if you don’t press Save. You agree that our team may view and review them to run and improve the editor, help you with support and check that they follow these terms. We won’t publish, sell or share your design or uploads. Our privacy policy explains how we handle them and how long we keep them.
Don’t upload anything you want to keep private, and don’t upload pictures of other people or anything that identifies someone without their permission.
11. Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to get paid wraps without paying, using extra accounts or email addresses to get more than one free wrap, scraping or copying the catalogue, interfering with how the site works, uploading anything harmful, offensive or illegal, or pretending to be someone else.
12. Rights complaints
We take intellectual property seriously. If you believe a wrap or design on TeslaSkins uses your trademark, artwork or other rights without permission, email info@teslaskins.io with details of your rights and the listing. We will review it promptly and remove it if appropriate.
13. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for losses we couldn’t have foreseen, for business losses, or for problems caused by Tesla’s cars, apps or software.
Otherwise, our total responsibility to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Only install and change wraps while your car is parked, and follow Tesla’s instructions.
We work to keep the site running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or withdraw wraps or features at any time.
14. Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing info@teslaskins.io. Once it is closed, you won’t be able to download your wraps from us any more, and any unused credits are lost, so save copies and use your credits first.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if a payment is reversed through a chargeback. If we close your account without a good reason, we’ll refund anything you bought in the previous 14 days and any credits you bought and haven’t used.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law changes or we add new features. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones shown on this page when you made it. If we make an important change, we’ll tell you on the site or by email.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be taken to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you have a problem, please contact us first. We will try to sort it out quickly and fairly.
